The building at 39 Ahad Ha’Am St. in Tel Aviv is included in the list of heritage sites by the Conservation Committee under the Planning and Building Law.

Carrying out accessibility adjustments in the existing building would substantially damage the special character of the existing building, considering, as applicable, the historical, architectural, cultural, and urban value of the building, and the actual works performed.
