Order Cancellation

Dear Customer,

We make every effort to ensure you are completely satisfied with the jewelry you purchased. However, should you wish to cancel the transaction, you may do so in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 (Remote Sales Transaction).

Submitting a Cancellation Notice The transaction can be canceled within 14 days from the date of receiving the product or the date of receiving the transaction details document (whichever is later). A person with a disability, a senior citizen, or a new immigrant may cancel the transaction within 4 months (provided that the engagement included a conversation between the business and the consumer).

To help us process your request as quickly as possible, please provide a cancellation notice that includes your full name, ID number, and order number, using one of the following methods:

• Via WhatsApp (Customer Service): 053-4235050, Sunday to Thursday, between 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

Cancellation Fees and Product Return

• Cancellation for reasons other than a defect: In the event of a cancellation due to a change of mind, rather than a defect or a discrepancy, a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction amount or 100 NIS (whichever is lower) will be charged.

• Cancellation due to a defect: In the event of a cancellation due to a defect in the product or a discrepancy between the product and the details provided to you, no cancellation fees will apply.

• We kindly request that the jewelry be returned to us in its original packaging and completely unused.

• Exceptions: By law, transactions for custom-made jewelry designed specifically for the customer (e.g., jewelry with personalized engraving or a custom-ordered size) cannot be canceled.
